Hi, I have deployed a Customer Portal to a clients server and cannot see cases. I am able to view the Customers contact & account details after logging in.
The portal has been configured to use membership provider, Fiddler is giving a 504 message "ReadResponse() failed: The server did not return a response for this request." There is no errors in the event viewer, it seems to be a WCF issue.
Everything is working on my dev environment pointing at the same instance of CRM.
Anyone come across this issue? Or any suggestions on how to fix?
