Changing language from Regional setting is Windows 10 RRS feed

    Hello Team,

    We were using early Windows 10 LTSB 2016, in this OS with MUI (Multilingual User Interface) of Japanese language installed if we change Format in Region tab through control panel to "Japanese(Japan)" and restart system. Entire system language got changed and even applications were opening in Japanese.

    Currently we are using Windows 10 Enterprise 64 bit LTSC 2019, in this OS with MUI (Multilingual User Interface) of Japanese language installed if we change Format in Region tab through control panel to "Japanese (Japan)" and restart system. System language does not get changed and only application language gets changed.

    If we change both "Format in Region tab" to "Japanese (Japan)" and "Windows Display Language in Language App" to "Japan" then only System language gets changed and also applications languages gets changed. Let me know is this the behavior of new Windows 10 LTSC 2019.
