Internet Explorer "secure network" pop-up will not go away RRS feed

I'm hoping someone with knowledge of IE 7 can help me. I recently installed PC-Cillin antivirus software and since then, everytime I log in to a secure site in IE 7, I get the message:

You are about to view pages over a secure network.
    (blah blah blah)
[check here] In the future, do not show this warning.

    See the attached photo.

This is a normal message that I got before. The difference now however is that ever time I check the box so that I don't get the repeat message, it doesn't work. I always get that message.

Has anyone had the same issue or have an idea how to resolve it. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. This thing is annoying.

    Thanks a lot.
