    Hi, I am looking for a way to find the top 10 IM users. Is there a report/command that can list how many IMs a user sends or receives?

    You must install the OCS Archiving Server and archive the IM Messages

    Create an SQL Querry to find the number of messages

    Thanks, I found a way of doing it by enabling CDR records, then modifing one of the resource kit queries.
