Jose Froth,
It appears as if you are attempting to install and activate an installation of XP Pro using a Dell OS Reinstallation CD on a non-Dell computer, or at least a Dell computer whose motherboard has been replaced with an Asus CUWE-RM motherboard.
If this is the situation, please be advised that this is a violation of the End-User Licensing Agreement for the license for Windows that came with the Dell.
If the motherboard on the Dell became defective, you are required to use the correct replacement motherboard from Dell, or, at least use a motherboard designated by Dell as the approved replacement.

Jose Froth,
An analysis of the diagnostic report shows that the Microsoft Office Basic Edition 2003 is genuine.
However the Windows XP is in the Not Activated status.
This post will be moved over to the Windows Genuine Advantage forum for Windows XP.

Jose Froth,
Please attempt to activate online or via phone.
If you cannot successfully activate via the internet, then choose the alternative option to "activate by phone".
How to activate Windows XP by phone
To contact a Microsoft customer service representative to activate Windows by phone, follow these steps:1. Click 'Start', point to 'All Programs', point to 'Accessories', point to 'System Tools', and then click 'Activate Windows'.
Or,
click the Windows Activation icon in the notification area (aka system Tray).
Or,
clicking Start button, then Run, and type in "oobe/msoobe /a", then press the Enter key located on your keyboard.2. Click Yes, I want to telephone a customer service representative to active Windows now.
3. Follow the steps in the Activate Windows by phone dialog box, and then click Next.
4. When activation is completed and you receive the following message, click OK.
"You have successfully activated your copy of Windows".
Otherwise, please contact Microsoft via phone:Activation and registration of a Microsoft product is located @: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/326851/en-us .
I hope this helps,
