Question about CRM license

Question
-
1. Will the administrator login comes free with Client Access License(CAL), or should we need to buy it as a extra login. For example, if we buy a workgroup with 5 CAL access, will the admin comes in this as 5th one or 5 + 1?
2. Can we upgrade from trial CRM Server( On premise)? If so, How it is?
3. What is the difference between CRM Server Professional and CRM server Enterprise?

1. The administrator doesn't consum a license but you can't access data with the administrator mode
2. Yes, you can. Open the deployment manager on the server, click on license management, right click on the licence and click on update
3. Enterprise allows you having multiple organizations in one deployment and you can dispatch the CRM roles (application, platform, sdk, etc.) on different servers

1. when viewing the User form in CRm you will see a user type picklist at the bottom of the form, this states Full, Read Only, Administrative Only. By defafult the Admin user is set as full but setting it as Administrative should not impact on your CALs, but I would need to verify this.
2. You can upgrade you licence through the CRM deployment manager.
3. The basic priciple is that Enterprise allows for mulitple Organisation Databases where as Professional only allows 1.

Thanks for your replies. But can anyone please tell in detail about administrator role? Will it come with all? If i buy professional one, will it contain admin and 1 CAL? Will the admin role comes with all? Beacuse i need it to specify when telling to our customers.
Also another question that we are a microsoft certified partner company, i have partner source login, but can anyone say its use? Also, can i get the key for CRM there?

From here http://www.mscrm-cabc.co.uk/CALS4.htm it states the following
Administrative Users
Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Professional and Enterprise Servers allow for up to two separate devices or users to access instances of the server software only to administer those instances, which do not consume CALs.

It depends on the licence key you are referring to, i.e for your customer, for a trial, for yourself, or msdn license.
