Off Topic: Identifying a Hijacker RRS feed

  • General discussion

  • Some purported "friends" of my 13 year old daughter tricked her into giving them the answer to her .msn hotmail lost password question.  Then using that answer the kids (I assume) signed on as my daughter and changed her password blocking her out of the account.  Working with MSN we recaptured the the account last week and changed the password.  I need, however, to prove who changed the password, and to try to find out what was sent out from the account while my daughter did not have control of it.

I can't find the right place at MSN to get the information I need.  Does anyone have any ideas who to contact, or how to find the information I need.  I guess what I want is the url of the person who changed the password, and some record of sent e-mail activity from the account.
