Trying to resolve Office Software "not genuine"

Question
-
I have been using Office 2000 on my computer which I installed from a disc I had. There is also a 2003 version which I think must have been included when I bought my Dell computer in 2007. I started sometime back to get a message when trying to open a Microsoft Word document that tried to open the 2003 Microsoft Word and then said it was not genuine. I think this began because the Windows Update function downloaded updates to the 2003 Microsoft Office. I ran the Microsoft Genuine Advantage Diagnostic Tool and below is the result. Can anyone help me resolve this? Thanks very much.

Hello citawise,
(before doing the following, please back-up all your important Office file on your PC. It is unlikely that the following troubleshooting steps will delete or otherwise mess up your Office files, but it is better to be safe then sorry)
I recommend uninstalling all versions of Office from the computer (Office 2000, Office 3002 and any other Office versions that might be present). Once you believe any and all copies of Office have been uninstalled, follow the support doc KB290301 "How do I uninstall Office 2003, Office 2007 or Office 2010 suites if I cannot uninstall it from Control Panel?" http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301 to get any hidden pieces of Office 2003 removed.
Once done, reinstall your Office 2000 and all should be back to normal.
Thank you,
