Social.Technet is messed up

Question
-
When I login to Technet I am brought to the page that has English as default yet the Picture is in Dutch? and the side panel is in Dutch? What gives? I am used to having the page all English because that is my default language. But to have another language mixed in is confusing

Hi,
Is this still happening? I've certainly run into some random issues with localization, but they haven't lasted for very long.
Mike - can you please move this thread over to Issues? (OT: Your signature is broken, looks like 'My settings' changes ate your HTML tags).

This is a known issue that the team is working on.

moving. Also, yea I'm aware of the tags, but I went looking for how to fix it a few months ago and came up with nothing. If you know how to do this, would love to know :)

Basically you need to put in fresh HTML each time you save anything in My Settings. For whatever reason, the tags get mangled the minute you open the page, so if you save anything your signature will break.
Go into My Settings, clear the current text out of the signature block, and then put everything back in. The text you have showing up as plaintext in your signature currently should work just fine, but I think there might be an issue with <br /> tags (if I remember correctly). If so, a <p></p> should work in a pinch.

ahh thanks! I didn't even know where the 'my settings' thing was and was about to ask when I found it :) Seeing as the subscriptions blog is a few years out, I'll just remove that bit all together. no tags needed. Thanks Mike!

Ahh there's that "My Settings" thing. I kept looking on the profile and didn't know where else to look. Seeing as the subscriptions blog is out of date now by a few years, I'll just remove that all together, and no tags needed! Thanks Mike!
