CRM online 2011 for Outlook - after install, NO ribbon

Question
-
Install went fine, except when I open outlook, there is no ribbon anywhere... Just the File tab. All of my stuff is there, inbox, calendar, the CRM instance I set up, etc., just no Ribbon.....
Any thoughts?

I had the same issue. There is a resolution described by Corey Hanson from Microsoft near the bottom of this post and it worked for me:
