  • While converting lead , Error is displayed as "unable to connect to the remote server". How to resolve this issue?

    Are there any plugins (for Qualify message) or custom workflows registered on the Lead entity?

    There seems to be a problem that MS has identified. Please follow below url to get it resolved.

  • it is due to server migration , it led to issues like lead to opportunity conversion error, dashboard did not work.

    how it could be resolved?

  • One possibility is that you have a custom plugin that was hard-coded to connect to the original server address; if so, this would fail in this way after a migration. If you enable tracing , you will be able to identify if the error is from a custom plugin, or from something else
