workflow send e-mail warning and not include data RRS feed

  • hi

    i was make workflow to send e-mail when case create and inside thes e-mail message will be case number and titel and some information but when it send to my inbox using outlook 2007 or 2003 it dont have data.

    when i open the workflow and open send email propertis to see it i find warning  say that:

    the e-mail below might contain script or content that is potentially harmful and has been blocked

    my email in work flow like this :

  • Are you using the Internet Explorer 8 beta by any chance?  This is a known issue, and I've run into it before.

    The solution is to uninstall the IE8 beta and use IE7 until the CRM team certifies that IE8 works with CRM.

  • So when you create the e-mail in the send e-mail step, did you use the form assistant to enter the field values, or did you type them in?  I'm thinking if you typed them in it may interpret it as code.  Try setting it up using the form assistan to enter the values and see if that works any better.

    but let me say what you write again :

    don't use IE8 when create workflow or

    you want to say:

    don't use IE8 for working in crm for custmization or as user do his work?
