  • Windows Product Key: *****-*****-74XYM-BH4JX-XM76F

This is the Default Windows 7 Home Premium Keyless Install key, which can never activate.  You need to put in the actual Product Key that is on your Certificate of Authenticity sticker, and the version that you are activating has to match what is on the sticker.

In addition, your install of Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 is counterfeit, being a from a Blocked Volume License Key.  You should uninstall it, and purchase a legal copy or look into a free alternative such as OpenOffice.

  • Thank you but...

I have my windows vista product key (but isn't working) and I update to windows 7 that I download directly from Microsoft because it was suppose to be free. So where I can find the product key?

Don't worry about office I have a licence for office360 that I will use on this old computer.

  • If you downloaded your upgrade from Microsoft then you should  find your 25 character Product Key in the confirmation e-mail they sent you when you made the upgrade.  There is a step wise tutorial on how to upgrade here.  Go to the bottom of the page and click on the PDF link for the instruction manual.

  • Ok I think I didn't receive confirmation e-mail so I don't have product key for windows 7.

It's rely look like a free upgrade on the Microsoft windows site ''upgrading from vista to 7'' So I lost my time try to upgrade to 7, Microsoft should tell us it cost money to upgrade before the installation process... It should be clear.

So now I have windows 7 but not product key. if  i can't have a free product key, how can I go back to vista without losing anything ?

  • The Windows 7 Upgrade Option program ran from June 26, 2009 through January 31, 2010.  Since one cannot return to Windows Vista without reformatting your hard drive and reinstalling Windows Vista from scratch, the easiest thing for you to do is to purchase a Windows 7 Home Premium license and then proceed to Update the Windows 7 Product Key.

Please note that your install copy of Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 is counterfeit and should be replaced with a genuine version of Microsoft Office.

  • So you tell me I have to pay for something I don't really need for my old computer. It’s easy to try windows 7 for a month but if i don’t want to pay i have to reformat my computer. I don't think it's a right compagnie practice. If I don't have the product key I should not be able to install the program or at least have the opportunity to return to my old configuration

I download and install windows 7 home premium on Microsoft site because it's look like free upgrade on your site.

Are you sure I have to reformat my computer because if it's the case I want to complaint for
    misleadingfraudulent practice.<u1:p></u1:p><o:p></o:p>

I will appréciate if you find a solution or tell me how i can make a official complaint?
