Hi All,
When i am trying to import crm 4.0 db to crm 2011 getting an below error :
16:21:37| Info| Setting organization state. New state = Failed
16:21:37| Error| Install exception.System.Exception: Action Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Admin.UpgradeDatabaseAction failed. ---> System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. ---> System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: The CREATE UNIQUE INDEX statement terminated because a duplicate key was found for the object name 'dbo.TeamBase' and the index name 'ndx_TeamName_BusinessUnitId'. The duplicate key value is (0dad786c-59b4-e011-aa7a-005056950036, All_Budgetadmin).
The statement has been terminated.
Any idea on this ?

I don't know that there is anything "normal" that anyone can do to help you on the forum. It might literally take Microsoft remoteing into your system in order to try to figure out the root cause of the problem.
I would recommend calling support at:
- 877-276-2464
They usually will provide best-effort support in this situation but technically since schema changes were made directly to the database the installation is technically considered unsupportable.
