ERROR MSG 00XC004D301 RRS feed

  • I purchased ST2013 and installed but the prod key would not work. I called tech support and they remotely installed and used a different prod key. it worked beautifully until yesterday 3/5/14. I'm running windows 8. it worked about 3 weeks. I now get an error msg stating:

    a licensing initialization has occurred. Please contact customer support for assistance. Error msg: 0XC004D301
