Many times, users cannot seem to log into Microsoft web pages with the same web browsers that they use to ready company/school emails because of cookies used to keep authentication details on their machines.
A few tricks include:
- Try loading the page with a browser window "InPrivate" browsing and see if it will load the page then.
- Try deleting all your cookies and web browsing history and load the page again.
- Try using a different web browser such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.
I try to use IE only for Microsoft websites but then I use Firefox for my company Exchange server and Chrome for other websites. I think a lot of problems stem from different Exchange servers and domains.
