MapPoint 2013 Error 0xC004D301 RRS feed

  • I have one user that cannot open MapPoint 2013.  When they do you see the following error "A licensing initialization error has occurred.  Please contact customer support for more assistance. Error 0xC004D301"  I have uninstalled and installed the software again, but that didn't resolve.  I tried to repair the existing install, but that did not resolve.  I tried to run the software as an administrator, but that didn't resolve.

    Does anyone have other suggestions or how I can get this working.  I do have a product key, but during the install I was never prompted to enter it because I get this error when opening the software.
