CRM report does not work from outside of the firewall

I upgraded CRM3.0 to CRM4.0
I published CRM through ISA server with IFD. Everything work fine except when accessing CRM Report through web client from outside of firewall. I get a error when opening CRM report: "Error: an error occured"
I checked CRM server applicaton log. Here is what I have:

what's wired is that I can access CRM reprot though web client from within the firewall.
Can any one help me on this?

I installed SRS connector. But problem is still the same.
Is there anything I can check? How do I know SRS connector is working or not?

I have some update on this issue.
The problem is not related to ISA. I tested by going directly to the CRM website (by modify the IFD, route table and IP address I can simulate a external access without using ISA) .
It looks like if I access through IFD, the problem will appear.
