Admin privileges not enabled in windows 10 home in administrator account

  hi,
  
  i am facing issue in windows 10 home, not enabled the admin privileges in the administrator account.
  
  if i enter windows + R not able to see the admin privileges.
  
  1. i have used the below command to enable administrator account.
  
  i have run the "net user administrator /active:yes" in command prompt with administrator.
  
  result: the command was successful.
  
  
  
  kindly help same how to enable admin priviliges in windows 10 home.
