Cannot Share Views in CRM 4.0 RRS feed

  • Recently we discovered that we can no longer share views in CRM 4.0. This functionality had worked in the past. We have tried running the CRM diagnostics wizard but found no errors. Is there anything you can suggest that we try?

    By the way, I've checked everyone's access roles so I can confirm that it's not a change in a user's role. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  • Hi which update roll up version are you on? When you say functionality worked in the past, what changed after it initially worked? Did you apply any update roll up's? We are on Roll up 21 in CRM 4.0 and we are able to share our advanced find views. Also provide the detail steps on how you are trying to share the views. This will be helpful.
