URGENT - Negative timestamp value (Value was either too large or too small for a UInt64)

  Hi all,

  Urgent support is needed, we have encountered the issue described in here:

  And I know a hotfix has been released:

  However, the hotfix download link is broken, we have no way to download and fix this issue.

  Is there anyway to get the hotfix? Thank you!
