Is there a way we can disable the survey popup?

Question

Everytime I logon to the MSDN forums I get the survey popup as illustrated here. Is there a way we can block it off somewhere in the screen preferences:

When you say 'no' to the survey dialog, that should opt you out for 90 days, if that isn't happening I'd like to know URL the survey is for so I can investigate further.

I don't know where that image is coming from, but I don't think it is one of microsoft's. My guess is you have some browser plug in or adware running or something. We do have surveys but they have nothing to do with the above image.

Sorry about it. The correct image is here:

Can you include the url for the survey if you clicked 'yes'? you don't have to take the survey, but we have a couple of them and I'd like to know which one isn't respecting the rules...if you say "no" you should not be getting asked over and over again, unless you clear cookies.

Here you go with the URL from the Survey Window:
I don't find Survey Reference Numbers anywhere else mentioned.

I am a web developer, I have to clear cookies and cache constantly for testing purposes.
If you are that desperate for feedback, I hear Microsoft has a few bucks, why not pay to bring a few people in for a usability study?
I would like to find the person responsible for creating these survey popups and jam a cattle prod where the sun doesn't shine.
