unauthorized change RRS feed

  • Question

  • I logged out of my computer.  When I came back and tried to log on once again, I received a message that said there had been an unauthorized change, and it would not let me back in.  What can I do?

  • Hello tyryl,

Please past the full Diagnostic Report.

You can do this by running the Genuine Diagnostics. Click "Continue" Then click the "Copy" button.  Paste (keyboard shortcut ctrl+v) the report into a response message in this thread.

    Thank you,
