Receive and store a WAV file on the web server's local file system RRS feed

  • Question

  • I need to build a web service call (actually add the storage portion to a C# .NET call that I have already built) that will receive the wav file and store it on a local drive in the path that is also passed in.  The WAV file is passed in from a VXML server as a component of a NAMELIST using POST.  The "NAMELIST" merely adds the passed arguments so don't concern yourself with its details.

I think that I would use a "write" method but I am not sure.  Also does anyone happen to know what parameters must be set on the IIS to allow this "writing" by specific clients?
