  • Hi, I have recently been struggling to install Vista SP2, however as part of that unresolved problem I now get the message

I have downloaded and run the diagnostic and get the following message:

I have had no problems with windows being genuine until reepeatedly failing to install SP2.

I reformatted and reinstalled Vista 32 Home Premium from the Dell installation disk onto my Inspiron 1525 about eight months ago.
