    Email messages are not accessible after I log in, except for the billing information email.  What kind of service is this?  Using Windows 2K & Linux, browsers Explorer 6 and FireFox.

     

    Also, with FireFox Microsoft programmers require extra clicks to access email that they don't require using Explorer.  Don't tell me this is accidental.  I am not that stupid.
