product key is incorrect RRS feed

  • I purchased a new laptop and when trying to access any Microsoft Office suite programs it asks for a product key. I entered the product key on the certificate of authenticity and it says its incorrect and I should retype. I did that a few times but have the same problem. What do I do?
    I have not expired the 25 access time limit.
    I have a Toshiba laptop that has Windows Vista Home Basic
    System Model: Satellite L305
    System Type: X86-based PC
    Version: 6.0.6002 Service Pack 2 Build 6002
