    i want ask it about the computer the  firewall is not properly working and a tag of geniun window is doing trouble.

    the copy of geniun window is not passed from geniun window  .

    how i can solve its please tell me.

    Diagnostics Tool    .

    After running the tool, click on the Continue button, then click on the Copy button, then Paste the report into your post.  Also, please include a brief question or
