Question
-
X = recipient in organisation A
Y = sender in organisation B
Z = sender in organisation B
Y can send email to X through OWA
Y cannot send email to X through Outlook
Z can send email to X through Outlook and Owa
There is some problem with Y. I deleted the profile and re-creted and then Y was able to send emails that evening. But next day again same issue. Is it something to do with contacts / address book?

Only this email address and only from this user to this user.
Y can email X but X cannot email Y through outlook
X can email any
Y can receive any
But when I remove outlook profile and add again, then no problem but problem again in outlook the next day
Through OWA it is working fine
