Help with Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook

Question

Prompt please. Whether It is possible to use Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook so that he automatically established the relation of the incoming letter with entity in CRM (account, leads, opportunities) depending on conditions (e-mail).....?
For example, to me the letter has come. I once establish connection with entity (set regarding), and then he will automatically connect letters from this sender with that entity with which I the first time have connected

Hi Elka -
Take a look at the article on email smart matching - CRM does attempt to connect emails automatically to records where previous similar emails have been related.

Hi Elka,
with letter you mean E-Mail?
With an custom Plug-In this is possible. In the Create (and for safety Update) message you can handle such logic. Works well some month ago I developed such logic for a customer.
