Refreshing my Hotmail account RRS feed

  • I am had trouble with my hotmail account through Outlook the past few days. I have had to refresh the browser to get my emails. It is not the browser because someone looked at it for me and we downloaded a new google chrome and uninstalled the old one. It also does it in my other browser. I have two lap tops and it does it in the other one also. How do I rectify this problem?

    Any suggestions?
