Uninstaller error

Question
-
After uninstalling Windows live one care to reinstall, I get an uninstall error that says
"You do not have sufficient access to remove Windows Live One Care from the add or remove list. Please contact your system administrator."
Anyone have any suggestions on completely removing this from my add or remove list for XP? If I reinstall WOC it completely stalls my system.
Thanks

Before attempting to reinstall One Care use the install cleanup tool - http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsOneCare/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=828910&SiteID=2Tuesday, July 22, 2008 3:58 AMModerator

Be sure that you are running the tool while logged in as a Windows User with Administrator rights. Also, save the tool to the Desktop and right click, select Run as Administrator if you are using Vista.
If you continue to encounter problems, please contact support.

I ran this twice under administrator and it still won't remove it from the add remove area.
Any other hints
Thanks

Unfortunately, there's something deeper going on if you are unable to complete the removal even with the cleanup tool. You will need to reach out to support -
