Office 365 accounts not syncing over to Dynamics CRM RRS feed

  • Hello,

    We have recently started a trial of CRM Dynamics from our Office 365 accounts. It appears we are unable to sync the Office 365 accounts to appear in the administration/users on CRM Dynamics.

    We have noticed however that if you change the Office 365 user to Global Administrator then they do appear as a User in the CRM!! This is obviously far from ideal

    Can someone assist please.
