Outlook Integration with CRM RRS feed

  • Hi all,

    I am totally new to CRM. I have installed CRM on my lab environment and now I want to integrate it with outlook.

    I have installed Outlook Client for CRM. In my system Outlook is running in Virtually ( using App-v). Outlook is running fine on my system.

    But whenever I try to install Outlook Client for CRM. I got the error as below:-

    Above error says the outlook is not installed. Its true in my case that Outlook is not installed locally on my system but I am able to access and use Outlook from App-V Server. App-v client is installed on my system.

    My question is that does Outlook Client for CRM support Virtually installed Outlook or I should install Outlook locally.

    Please clarify my Doubts.
