OneCare Backup Problems RRS feed

  • When I start a new backup, there is a message that says that :Windows Live Cannot find your current backup device: F:\. 
    Please connect the drive and press OK."
    I have configured it as a G drive, rebooted, etc.  Still looking for the F drive.

    Any ideas?

  • Is this a backup plan for a single computer or for a centralized backup?

    Can you change the drive under Disk Administration to be F:\?
