Hello.
I've upgraded my motherboard and cpu on a couple occasions now I am unable to activate my 3 license upgrade version of windows 7 home premium. The following is what I received from the MS diagnostics.

I was hoping to speak with a live agent but that was not an option.

use the same route again - this time do NOT respond when the ansafone asks which service you require. This should force an operator to pick up - they can deal with your problem.

Yes, I called the associated toll free number and entered the product id as requested. The automated voice indicated it was unable to activate and to call support.
I was hoping to speak with a live agent but that was not an option.
