PC freezing and eventually blue screening due to a error, looking for help

  My error i am getting is the following:
  
  The AODDriver4.3.0 service failed to start due to the following error: 
  The system cannot find the path specified.
  
  From what i have seen it is based on over clocking my CPU with something called AMD overdrive, which no longer exist.

  i have  tried everything i can think of, but i just cant seem to get rid of this issue, and i really dont want to reset windows.
