CLI Issue calling from OCS to PSTN RRS feed

  • Hi,

    We have our Enterprise Voice Setup as follows:-

    OCS Front-End <---IP---> Mediation <---IP---> Dialogic Media Gateway <---TDM---> Avaya S8500 PBX
                                                                                      ^

                                                                                      ||
                                                                                      V
                                                                          Microsoft Exchange UM

    We have Line URI configured for the OCS User as "tel:+87766"
    All necessary VoicePolicy, Route, Profile, Phone Usage etc are all configured.

    When we make a call from OCS Client to a PSTN Phone, i don't get the Calling Number.

    I get the following trace in Dialogic Media Gateway

  • You MUST type SIP URL  tel:<E.164 globaln_number_format> (ex. tel:+1-444-555-6666).
    and translate CILD to private number (ex. 6666) on your  Media Gateway.
