Cannot get a 32 bit disc to run on hpe-rv RRS feed

    Hi, just installed hyper -v an when the Microsoft tech told me to put a 32bit disc in disc drive for windows 64 bit 10  pro the disc would not install as setup exe wou;ld not open .Yet that very same disc worked in windows 10 home 32 bit. What does one do with that kind of problem?
