Error ID Lookup? 0019-800070643 RRS feed

    I got this error ID 0019-800070643 saying that OneCare cannot contiue.

    I finally got around it by removing all OneCare references in the Registry. Is there any detail docs on which error code stand for what?

    There is no comprehensive list of errors for OneCare. However, there are many Knowledgebase articles for common errors. 0019, for example relates to a failure of the firewall to install and the solution that usually works is published here:

    Steven, I tried all three methods listed in your post.  Nothing worked.  I have tried to install OneCare several times and have received the same error each time.  I have three computers.  The installation went well the first time on my desktop.  Its my laptop that I'm having the trouble with. I suppose there is a charge for live tech support.  Is it available?  Joe.

    There is no charge for support, though if you are a trial user or using the 2.0 beta, support is only available via email:
