About two weeks ago my queue stopped created queue items for email messages promoted to Dynamics. Customers send emails to an
info@ email address and these messages are forwarded to the Dynamics sink mailbox
crm@ebs.hw.ac.uk as attachments which end up both in their senders closed activities and in the correct Queue as queue items. For some reason it stopped working but the sink mailbox is promoting messages fine as emails are still being promoted to Dynamics
from other email addresses set up in the same way so the router is working fine.
Any ideas what might be occuring?
