Error when creating a new Organization in Deployment Manager RRS feed

  • Question

  • I am trying to create a new Organization to an existing CRM environment and I keep getting the error below. The user deploying the new Organization has full control on all the security groups and Admin rights on the servers that Host SQL and CRM application. The CRM environment is 2011 on Premise that has been setup for IFD.

We currently have 2 other organizations that are already in the environment, so the new org would be a third. I am more than glad to provide any firther information that I have to anyone that can help us resolve this issue. I also have a log file that I saved after the failed creation attempt. I can provide the contents of the log file to anyoen who can help. Its too long to add here.

The section of the log file that shows the error is just above the screen shot. It looks like a deletion error. My queston is why is there an attempt at deleting anything if all I am trying to do is create a new Organization. This is not an import or upgrade.

  • Hi All,

I am also getting similar error

Microsoft.Crm.BusinessEntities.CrmObjectNotFoundException: No object matched the query:
    delete from [CustomerAddressBase]
    OUTPUT DELETED.[CustomerAddressId], 1071
    into SubscriptionTrackingDeletedObject (ObjectId, ObjectTypeCode)
    where ([CustomerAddressId] = 'fbb57633-a54f-e411-80ca-005056947598')

I am getting this error when I am trying to delete all existing customer address and then try to create a new address for a customer.

So its a kind of blanket update to all existing one replaced with new one.

Please let me know if any one having solution to this

  • hello Vipin,

are you trying to create a new out of the box organisation of CRM or are you trying to create an organization using the import wizard?

looking at your exceptions it seems you are trying to import a database restore into a new organisation.

if that is the case, is it possible that some one might have gone and deleted a record from database?.

    please let me know.

  • hi Jithesh,

I am not creating a organization.

I have a window console application which try to

    1) first locate a customer (Account)

    2) second delete all its address.

    3) And lastly create a new address provided in request.

  • Crm handles customer addresses in a specific way. When you create an account, Crm will create 2 customeraddress records, which are used for the address1 and address2 attributes respectively. Crm expects that an account will always have these 2 customeraddress records, and I think your error comes because you are deleting these records. Instead of deleting the first 2 customeraddress records, try modifying then by updating theaddress1 and address2 attributes on the account.
