  • Hello everyone,

    I was able to configure Online CRM email Router previously in few test Online CRM's, it's worked.

    Today MS has what changes has made in Online Email Router....???

    When i am creating Email server profile for New Mail box its showing as Below Screen shot.

    Even though i have selected email process as MS dynamics CRM 2013. its not working !! 

    Any idea ?????? please suggest.

  • This warning message it just indicating that as CRM Online customer you are not yet able to use the Server-side Synchronization functionality that can ultimately replace the need for an email router on a separate server. Server-side sync is available for CRM 2013 On Premise customers at the moment and will be coming to Online in the near future. I believe that are simply providing this message because they have not actually disabled the ability to select Server-side Sync as an option.

    Have you observed this in your online CRM ?????

    I hope now server side Synchronization option is moving forward to work perfectly for CRM email router usage with in online CRM.

  • Vinay, as Jason mentioned, CRM Online does not support Server Side sync yet. It will be enabled in Service Pack 1 (Leo). Even then, it will only work against Exchange Online on the same Office 365 account as CRM Online.
