WLOC stopped working after renewal!

  I renewed WLOC April 21, 2008 (last month).  Suddenly today, on one computer, WLOC reports that it cannot get updates because the subscription has expired.  There appear to be no similar problems on the other two computers.  Is there a human I can talk to to get this resolved?
