Windows OneCare free trial

I downloaded the free trial version but the OneCare page always shows "not responding"..I uninstalled it, reinstalled, but still get the same message. All help is appreciated!

Check that Terminal Services is running. To do this open Start>Run, type "services.msc" without the quotes in the Run box. In the Services console scroll down to Terminal Services. If Terminal Services is not started double click it and select "Start" then select "Automatic" from the drop down Startup Type menu. If this does not resolve the issue please contact support.
