Hello! Really need to download KB2919355 and 3163622 (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3163622). I can't no matter what kind of browser I use. Why is that and what can be done about it? Please give me a link. Thanks in advance!

Here is the result:
It seems like there are no problems.
I am having no problems with finding links for downloads. It just simply NOT downloading and write to me "THANK YOU FOR DOWNLOADING".

I tried from different PC with different ISP, no success anyway. What is it?
Maybe it will be better to give me an alternative link to download all I need. Don't remember this kind of a problem with downloading. This is the first time I encountering such an issue.
