I have recently purchase a new work computer from DELL with windows 7. I installed vs2008 witch I also had on the old computer (win XP). I have no problem opening a project I created previously on my old computer, but when I try to build the application, I get a BSOD every time. However, if I create a new application, I have no problem building it. The application is using .net 3.5 and references Pervasive SQL witch I installed and seems to be working correctly. I have every thing up to date, it's a brand new install so the only software on the computer are VS2008, MSQL2008 Management Studio, Office2007, and the Novell client for windows7 ( i know, but it's at work and I don't have a choice... :P). I tried different hotfix but I guess I didn't get the good one. Has anyone encountered this problem problem before and is there a way to fix this ? Thank you.
