You were not specific about what type of MCITP you are interested in pursuing. I assume it is for Window Server 2008. Some of the MCITP certifications have been retired. There are still some left, but all of those will unattainable after July
31st, 2014.
Many IT professionals are choosing to earn their MCSA and MCSE instead. You can earn your MCSA for Windows Server 2008 or Windows Server 2012. You can only earn your MCSE for Window Server 2012.
