Cant Access to Microsoft My Phone Via Mobile or Web (India-Bangalore)

  Hello

  After hard Reset My Mobile phone (HTC TOUCH HD) I decided to Import My Contacts from My Phone Account.

  But When I tried to do this, after Entering username and password, it shows a message which unExpected Error is There.

  I tried to Access Microsoft Myphone via My PC but it says the link does not exists, What Should i do ?

  I Need my Contacts.
