First check that the Service is set to start Automatically (in Services.msc)
    - Thats on automatic
Once that’s properly set, Start the service – how long before it appears to stop again?
    - After 10 sec it goes off
Is there anything in the Event Viewer to indicate why it stopped? – is there an error message?
    - im getting no error messages nothin
    Please run the following commands:
    sc qc slsvc
    sc queryex slsvc
    sc qprivs slsvc
    sc qsidtype slsvc
    sc sdshow slsvc
i did here are the results:

    SERVICE_NAME: slsvc
            TYPE               : 10  WIN32_OWN_PROCESS
            STATE              : 1  STOPPED
            WIN32_EXIT_CODE    : -2147024891  (0x80070005)

    im now downloading malware

The problem is seen in the error code highlighted above.
This is an Access Denied error – unfortunately it doesn’t tell use which file or registry setting is involved.
If you’re familiar with Process Explorer (A SysInternals tool from MS), then you could try tracking it down with that, but otherwise your best bet is to go to WGA Support, and point them at this thread so they can see the problem.

WGA Support can be found here-
    North America: http://support.microsoft.com/contactus/cu_sc_genadv_master?ws=support&ws=support#tab4

    Outside North America:
    http://support.microsoft.com/contactus/?ws=support#tab0

Please let us know if (and how) MS manage to repair the problem without a repair install of the OS - it would be useful for future reference!

Software Licensing service is not running.

As you have already discovered, the problem is that the Software Licensing Service is not running properly.
Since you say that it starts OK – but immediately stops again – the chances are that the problem is malware-related.

First check that the Service is set to start Automatically (in Services.msc)

Once that’s properly set, Start the service – how long before it appears to stop again?
Is there anything in the Event Viewer to indicate why it stopped? – is there an error message?

Please run the following commands in an Elevated (Admin) Command Prompt Window, and post the results.
    sc qc slsvc
    sc queryex slsvc
    sc qprivs slsvc
    sc qsidtype slsvc
    sc sdshow slsvc

copy and paste the results into your response. (click on the black/white icon top left of the window, click on Edit...>Select All, and hit the Enter key to copy the whole thing to the clipboard, you can then paste it to your response).

Download, install, update and run a Full System scan with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (www.malwarebytes.org ) – remove everything it finds.
    does it find anything significant?

WGA Support does not have a forum (this is the closest to that)– it’s a one-one help line direct with MS support.
